: : For the last 2 days, my bird Joey's feathers have been puffed out.  He seems fine, and continues to fly around, I'm not sure if I should jump to conclusions yet.

: Because he is puffing his feathers and that is the first indication they are getting sick you do need to take him to the vet.  It could be something simple but it is best to be careful and seek the advice of an avin vet.
