: One of my breeding budgies' sons has become extremely attracted to his mother! I've caught him trying to mount her in the avary and she doesn't seem to be protesting, I don't like the thought of inbreeding between anything, let alone my budgies...Someone rang us and told us that it is good to breed between mothers and sons, even sisters and brothers, that the babies turn out big and healthy...I didn't like the idea, so I thought I'd just ask around if this is true, they are all very much in seasons so I was hoping to start them up soon, but not until my facts are straight! Please help!
