I am new to canaries. I've had a cream colored male for about two years. He is just finishing moulting and I noticed that he has a growth of some sort on the back of his neck/shoulder area. Seems to be mixed up with a clump of feathers coming out. Is this something that happens normally? What should I do? Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas help is appreciated...
