Canary FAQ

Posted by Shanna Roberts on August 13, 2003 at 23:57:57:

I have a 5 year old male parakeet who is behaving as if he is egg-bound, which is impossible. He cant use one leg but it isnt broken, and when he tries to walk or climb he falls to his side. He is eating well and drinking well. The only avian vet in my area refuses to see him and a lady in our town who is a bird expert has him and is taking care of him but she is baffled also...has anyone else ever had or heard of this problem? Please help me I am worried sick!!!!
