I have two birds - a male and female. I've had them for about 6 years. My male bird, often puts his beak on the bar of the cage. He has it on there for hours. He sticks his bottom up too. Then, when I take them out to play, he's very hyper. He spreads his wings out, and always wants to kiss me. My female bird is normal, but agressive. While they mate, she's the one on top - is that normal?

What is wrong with my male bird? Is he just attention starved, or is it he may have a problem?
