: I have a little gloster corona canary that was sold to me as a male. I am beginning to think now that possibly he is a 'she'. Reason being that 'he' seems very partial to my male norwich canary. 'he' doesn't really sing at all but chirps and when I let them out on top of the cages he always goes straight to the male norwich and make peeping kissy type sounds, sometimes the norwich sits by 'him' other times he pecks at him to drive him away. The gloster totally ignores the females. Is he being submissive as a male to another or a female trying to get attention. I noticed he has never really been truly singing. Another question is: concerning finches ie..zebra, can you have all females or males together if you don't want to breed them.? Hello Judy:
