You really need to contact a vet...they will all die most likely, and you really can't properly diagnose their condition without a vet's expertise. It could be any of a variety of viral or bacterial infections. Depending on what it is, yes, your doves can contract it. By the time the birds are having breathing problems, it is probably too late. Where did you get your birds? Are you housing them outside (in other words, do they have contact with wild birds?) Have you added a new bird(s) lately? If so, contact the place it came from and tell them about the infection. I don't think there is any way to avoid the need for obtaining medical attention for the birds if you hope to save any of them.
