: You really need to contact a vet...they will all die most likely, and you really can't 
: properly diagnose their condition without a vet's expertise.  It could be any of a 
: variety of viral or bacterial infections.  Depending on what it is, yes, your doves can 
: contract it.  By the time the birds are having breathing problems, it is probably too 
: late.  Where did you get your birds?  Are you housing them outside (in other words, 
: do they have contact with wild birds?)  Have you added a new bird(s) lately?  If so, 
: contact the place it came from and tell them about the infection.  I don't think there 
: is any way to avoid the need for obtaining medical attention for the birds if you 
: hope to save any of them.
