: The egg is very likely not to hatch...the parents turn the egg regularly 1/4 turn to 
: keep the embryo from lying in the same spot all the time which will cause the baby 
: not to develop.  Incubators have mechanisms that do this...just putting it under a 
: lamp won't work.  I would just discard it or return it to the nest.
