: My english parakeet is still a baby and has alot of white down feathers still, maybe she is 5 weeks. I noticed under her wings all her feathers are gone. she looks bald when you lift her wings? Is this normal? Does anyone have any explanation as to why she is missing her feathers? I have a feeling she picked them out but it was odd it was just under her wings. any info would be great thanks.
