Hi,

My usually playful & overly musical canary started yesterday to have long periods of quiet & rest, while he carefully folds his right foot inside his body's feather cover and stands on his left, even to sleep.

Whenever he takes the foot out, he seems to find discomfort when using it to perch or walk. I've looked closely at it, but found nothing, no blood either.

Can it be some kind of inner injury? How to be sure? Should I rush the poor thing to the vet?
