: Your bird may be egg bound or could be sick...take it to the vet or remove it from 
: the male and put it in a small cage with a light bulb or heat emitter over it.  Raise 
: the temp to about 88 or 90 degrees and keep it warm and quiet. Make sure it can 
: easily reach food and water.   You can check the cloacal area GENTLY to see if you 
: feel an egg in there.  If so, take it to a vet asap or she will die.  Birds should not be 
: fluffed up and sleeping excessively.  Egg laying should take place in less than 20
