: I got 2 parakeets from a friend and the female is having a serious change in personality.  These are the first pair of birds that I  ever owned.  I'm not sure what I should be looking for or how to tell if the bird is pregnant. Could somebody help?  We put a nesting box in there and it seems she is "tearing" the box up.  All help is needed.
