Help...i have bought three parakeets in the last 2 months...they seem to be perfectly healthy and happy...and then they just die...before the 3 that have just died I had my parakeet for a couple of years..He met an untimely death with the dog. the cage was scrubbed between each new bird...the first two I thought maybe ate the corn cob (that someone recomended for bedding) so with the last bird I went back to the original paper on the bottom...we are heartbroken again...does anyone have any help? (we didn't need the heat on yet so I don't feel it was carbon monoxide)
