: Please help me!!...my neighbor has 2 cages of parakeete on his terrace and they are ao very noisy..my terrrace is near his and the screeching is driving me crazy..I did approach him, but got nowhere...does anyone know of anything I can hang..i.e. a wooden owl.?...which will calm them down?....)I even have to keep my t.v. loud).if anyone has ANY IDEAS PLEASE POST!!
