I am a long time breeder of cockatiels, and this is a first for me! I have a clutch of 3...one seems fine while the other 2 keep their heads looking straight to the ceiling with the backs of their heads resting on their backs, they do not hold their head upright yet (at 2 1/2 weeks) Have you ever seen such a delay in muscle control?? I do have a picture I sent in...I hope it works! Thanks again!
