We have an older parakeet that we've been taking care of for almost a year whose feathers, specifically the flight feathers on the ends of his wings and a tail feather or two, have begun to curl in a growth pattern that is unlike what it has been previously. Is this unusual and should we be concerned? Any info (especially links) would be greatly appreciated.
