Hi, we have an adorable parakeet that is probably close to 10 yrs. old. There seems to be a ring or a circle around her neck without feathers. I guess she is losing or I should say has lost them, anyway we are alarmed and wonder what may be causing this. Otherwise she seems perfectly healthy. She doesn't have mites. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
