: My Parakeet's name is Tweety and his beak has become very long and curls like a hook back up around his face.  He doesn't use the scratch stones or toys in his cage. I'm afraid he's not getting enough to eat, even though his food seems to get lower , I wonder if he's getting any in his stomach, he's always down at his food bowl.  What should I do to help him?
