I recently bought two baby keets. I got Tremelo (we're assuming 'guy' here) about 2 wks before Dolce Aria (we're going with 'girl'). Although they're still young they've been acting like they want to mate, and since Tremelo seems more aggressive and attention-loving (plus his cere is purple-ish) while Dolce is more reserved, MUCH smoother, smaller and altogether more lady-like (plus her cere is light-light purple at the very edge, mostely all white), we're thinking we have one of each. Duh. But I was looking at Tremelo's cere, and it looks a lot whiter around the nostrils. This is making me wonder... Also, does the fact that Tremelo has a little crestie-mohawkie thing (while Dolce doesn't) mean anything? Please help, because we're all feeling a little akward to say the least!
