: : I have a problem,I have 3 canaries one female and 2 males.She first laid one on the bottom of the cage(which I removed),I then put in a nest for her and she laid another egg.It then took a week for her to lay another egg,but after that she laid one egg every day until there were 5 eggs.It has now been 24 days since the last egg was laid.Yeasterday she threw out one of the eggs and laid a new one.She has 5 different supplement foods and the "normal" one she also has the cuttlefish bone.She eats very well and drinks lots of fresh water.She sits on the eggs all the time apart from when she is out for a feed.Please help what is wrong?????

: Some hens are not good mothers.

: Have you properly conditioned the birds?  Are all three in the same cage?  A pair need to have their own cage.  The third bird can be in the same room.
