I have a single female budgie. She seems very healthy but has been pecking feathers on belly. When I turn her over it appears like a yellowish bulge almost like there might be an egg. This happened once before and then just went away. I don't know if this is normal or something I should be concerned about. I would appreciate any feedback you could give.
