I have had parakeets before,but never had this problem.I can still see faint bars just above the cere with the darker ones just a teeny way up from the cere,so I believe he is a young one.I did get him at a pet store

He mostly sits and goes through all kinds of contortions trying to get out of his cage.He does chirp and he listens when I talk to him and he has made little gurgle sounds in his throat,but I am at a loss as to how to tame this one.HELP!!
