I am a new canary owner. I give my bird fresh fruits and vegtables and he loves them. My question/concern is how much of his diet should consist of fresh? I do not want to deplete the amount of protien he gets by giving too much produce. The other day, I gave him 7 leaves of spinach and he ate it all. He seems to eat all the fresh produce I give him, but how much it too much??
