Something of note:

When I first brought Bert home, I noticed that he only had one tail feather. I do not know why the others were missing, but he may have had an encounter with a cat or something like that.

This morning, I noticed what appears to be some new tail feathers growing in. I am not 100% sure, since I could just be seeing his wing tips, but it would be good for him to be replacing the missing feathers.

Perhaps all the egg I have been feeding him over the last couple of weeks is helping.
