I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your pet.

: I am horribly sad. I was shocked to find my Roller canary choked to death. I found him dead with his neck crashed by the sliding door. It seems that the sliding door of the cage was not closed fully and he managed to insert his neck outside and the door crashed his neck. I am deeply sorry indeed.
