Hi, Heres whats going wrong: I am getting an aviary for my birthday in exactly 2 moths from today. I have been told to buy 2 or 3 pairs of budgies when they are young and then they will bond, and when old enough breed, etc etc. BUT: Someone else told me that you can buy decent budgie pairs that are already established and breed from them quite quickly. (We live in Australia by the way). I allready own one budgie but I am not breeding from him. So my question is: SHould I invest in a cheap cage or 2 now and buy some young budgies, or should I just wait and take the other persons advice and try and find some established pairs........? Oh, and I know how to tell the difference between Adult MALE and FEMALE budgies, but in the babies I have noticed that it is a lot harder. Is there soe way you can tell easily when they are abou 8 weeks old? PLEASE REPLY QUICKLY!!! Either email me with the subject as 'Budgie Breeding Help' or post here. Thankyou very very much, from Sarah
