My 4 canary babies are 3 weeks old and out of the nest. 3 are yellow and 1 is green. The father, green himself, seems to be trying to fight with the baby that looks like him. He has been the one feeding all the babies the last week as the mother is intent on building a new nest and ignores all the babies. He does feed the green baby some, but won't let him be near the other babies. This poor guy spends his time on a low perch or on the bottom of the cage. How do I get this little guy a fair chance, and make sure he is getting plenty to eat?
