Your bird either really loves you or the plastic one in its cage. This is common. It is an unfertilized egg and needs to be removed from the cage if you haven't done so already. If she continues to do this you may need to give her a nest for them and replace the real eggs with fake ones or marbles. This will give her something to sit on and give her a rest from produceing any more for awhile.
