: If the bird is molting and they chew the feathers there is nothing to worry about. I have heard that there is something that comes out of the top of the feather that is good for them. If the bird was pulling his ow feathers out then you would have something to worry about.
: I am sure your gbird is ok. As Jody says you should have a cuttle bone in the cage and you could offer some boiled egg shells that are broker up and a little hard boiled egg also.
