Thanks for your reply, Grace. I assume the other bird is a female is only the other one sings, and they do not seem to have any problems together. Anyway, I will definitely get his feet checked out. Thank you again, : : I have a young canary that has developed to growths on its feet. Both are on the middle toe, and appear to be filled with blood. : : Prior to this the canary seemed to only stand on one leg at a time (not particularly favoring any one). He seems happy and is still singing, but I don't know how serious this problem is. He is housed with another canary that doesn't have any problems. |
