He seems happy and is still singing, but I don't know how serious this problem is. Also is the other bird you have him with a male. If it is you should separate them. I am surprised he is singing because when you house 2 males together they will not sing too much. Also 1 usually becomes dominant and grabs food first and is the boss in the cage. Males like their own space and are much happier that way.
