my parakeet has been with me for 4 years. he is very very friendly, infact, overly friendly. i cannot even change his seed with out him getting on my hand and trying to mate with it! i purchased a toy bird for him to use, but he won't! any one who sticks their hand in the cage will get humped. any advice?
