: : : Since you bought them at the same time they should be the same age or close. Is the one, whose nose a plae blue, lighter in color? This in some cases is the cause for the lighter color sere(nose). Maybe they are just starting later than the others. Are they cooing at eachother and feeding eachother? That would tell you if they are getting ready to breed.

: : The male seems a bit scared of the female...Uh, they do tend to groom each other from time to time. The female is a bit mean to the male, though. She likes to peck at him. The male also once in awhile likes to grab the female`s tail towards him...

: It may be that she is not quiet ready to breed. Give them some time. Does the male sing and bob his head like he is bowing to her? If so he is courting her. Does she ever enter the nest box. This is another clue that she is almost ready.

Yes, the male does bob his head towards her and sings. And yes, the female enters the nest box once in awhile.
