The one I think is the male has a light blue nose. All my other parakeets have mated and now have eggs, except these two. I was wondering: Maybe the male is too young? Because the other males have dark blue noses, while this one's is pale blue. Is the one, whose nose a plae blue, lighter in color? This in some cases is the cause for the lighter color sere(nose). Maybe they are just starting later than the others. Are they cooing at eachother and feeding eachother? The female is a bit mean to the male, though. She likes to peck at him. Give them some time. Does the male sing and bob his head like he is bowing to her? If so he is courting her. Does she ever enter the nest box.
