Hi Debbie:
I am glad your canary has survived her ordeal with the cat.
Are you sure the cat did not scratch the canary because if it did she could have a very bad infection and die from it. I would have her checked by an Avian Vet.
As for treats, a wedge of apple is good. Also broccoli rabe, regular broccoli, romaine lettuce, kale and carrot are all good treats and she should enjoy most of them. Start very slowly with 1 treat at a time. Also give a little at a time. Wash all the veggies very well before giving them to her.
Good Luck and let us know how she likes these treats. She may have to get used to them.
