: i have had three clutches with my male and female canaries producing 3 eggs each clutch. A light reveals they are always all unfertilized...i am getting frustrated and i think my female is too...any input will be appreciated Hello: It will soon be time for them to molt so I would separate them to different cages where they can see one another. Wait until around the middle of January of February and meantime let them get to know one another. Maybe you will have more success next year. Canaries are not little breeding machines so give them another chance, treat them well, feed them properly and maybe next year you will have some babies. |
