Glosters are one of the smallest canary types. They come in two varieties. The consort has a normally feathered head. The corona has a cap. As it's a lethal gene, two coronas can't be mated together. One must pair a corona with a consort.
Norwich are of similar proportions but are among the largest canaries. The Norwich is (regularly) not bred in the corona form.
