We have been happily watching a Mama dove make a nest above our doorway for several days. Last night she was gone and has not checked in at all today, 24 hours later. I have to assume she's dead. there are two eggs in the nest. I took them out and put them in a box with cotton and set the box on top of our cable box, which is warm to the touch. what should I do to try to save these babies?
